After almost nine whole months of waiting our first baby, Fergus Christopher Walsh, was born on Thursday the fifth of January at 9:57am in the Whittington Hospital Birth Centre weighing in at a healthy seven pounds and six ounces.

I dragged Kate along to the Barbican Centre last Friday night to see experimental Berliners Mouse On Mars performing Paeanumnion with musikFabrik as well as a performance from Oval and Stockhausen's Gesang der Jünglinge.

Every year Kate and I seem to make a new year’s resolution that we should go to the theatre more. It’s now November and I’m blogging about the second play we’ve seen this year, which will give you an idea of how successful this particular resolution has been.
